May 13, 2021. New technology can by challenging. My landlady got me this Neighborhood Monitoring Device for Windows and as you can see, the beta test was downright hazardous. I got it up and working by NMDW Version 67.9. Like they say, when all else fails, read the instructions. It clearly says, place rear paws on floor, front paws on seat, and user must be 5' long from nose to base of spine.
